About the role

We are seeking a Product Lead to own a product area end-to-end—from problem discovery through requirements, design, delivery, and post-launch success measurement—with no split between strategy and execution. The role sits at the intersection of patient/customer needs, clinical stakeholders, and engineering, translating ambiguous problems into build-ready requirements, and owning whether releases actually move the metrics they were meant to move. AI fluency is core to how the work gets done: the Product Lead uses AI tools daily for prototyping, research synthesis, and drafting specs and release materials to compress idea-to-validation cycles from weeks to days.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
  • Design features through to customer-validated, build-ready designs.
  • Translate customer, clinical, and internal stakeholders input into requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Define success metrics at discovery and evaluate whether releases achieved them post-launch.
  • Run and synthesize user research (interviews, support themes, usage data) into actionable decisions.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering as an embedded partner.
  • Use AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, and draft specs, PRDs, and release materials.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of PaceMate products and services.
  • Draft first-pass training call-outs or marketing talking points to support go-to-market.
  • Convert engineering deliverables into release notes and flag training/marketing follow-up.
  • Analyze, access, input, and retrieve data to support department operations toward achieving organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of equivalent years of experience.
  • 3–5 years of product experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a feature or product area.
  • Current, hands-on use of AI tools within a product workflow, with a work sample to show (prototype, spec, or research synthesis).
  • Demonstrated ability to define and evaluate product success metrics post-launch.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a remote/virtual setting.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a track record of clear product documentation.
  • Home office setup: Maintain a dedicated, separate office or room at home to ensure privacy and professional working conditions.
  • Connectivity: Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection at your residence.
  • Must reside and work exclusively within the contiguous United States.
  • Must legally be eligible to work in the United States.
  • May require limited travel based on the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare software, including familiarity with HIPAA and EMR/EHR integration concepts.
  • Experience building or testing customer engagement or clinical workflow platforms.

Physical Requirements

  • Consistently required to remain in a stationary position working at a computer.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Frequently communicate with customers and employees via voice and video.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information and effectively utilize voice over internet protocol.
  • Repetitive motions using fingers and forearms in data entry.

  • Health and Prescription coverage
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability
  • AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment) insurance
