Senior Lead Product Manager

About the role

Lead the creation and adoption of strategies for best-in-class product delivery. Manage shared product management discipline standards across the organization. Support product readiness processes for key initiatives. Define and operationalize best practices, develop learning programs, and drive enterprise standard adoption. Embed AI-first methodologies into product discovery, definition, build, launch, and measurement. Identify, develop, and administer enterprise-wide initiatives to improve Product Operations.

• Embed AI-first methodologies into product discovery, definition, build, launch, and measurement
• Identify, develop, and administer enterprise-wide initiatives to improve Product Operations

Requirements

• Strong background working with matrixed teams to build relationships and drive change
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; ability to think broadly across the enterprise
• Deep product management experience with fluency in applied AI and operationalizing new ways of working
• Ability to lead the adoption of AI-first approaches, with working knowledge of LLMs (Claude preferred), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
• Critical and broad thinking about integrating tools, processes, and standards for value creation
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience, or equivalent
