Core Responsibilities

  • Define the Vision: Own the product roadmap for the platform, aligning enhancements with long-term business unification goals.
  • Lead discovery, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization across key workflows and functional areas.
  • Manage backlog prioritization and release planning across iterative delivery cycles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for business leadership, engineering teams, and executive sponsors to drive clarity on timelines and outcomes.
  • Translate operational pain points into structured product solutions.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions, trade-off decisions, and roadmap alignment.
  • Drive clarity around ownership, accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Orchestration: Leverage the platform for workflow management, resource optimization, and process tracking.
  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize configurations, incorporate AI-driven capabilities, and improve automation/notifications.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration and reporting layers to provide a 360-degree view of business readiness.
  • Define KPIs: Track operational metrics such as efficiency, throughput, and user adoption/satisfaction.
  • Iterative Growth: Use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure measurable ROI from the platform investment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an agile environment (SaaS or B2B).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Deep hands-on experience with relevant enterprise platforms and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Proven industry experience supporting relevant business operations.
  • Experience integrating platforms with adjacent enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other agile development frameworks.
  • Strong product management skills with a deep understanding of product vision and the overall product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to make decisions and set clear priorities.
  • Proven ability to recognize value and manage investments to maximize value delivered.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience driving operational transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive accountability across global teams.
