Intern Student RN| PRN

Responsibilities

• Selects and administers appropriate nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Applies the nursing process through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinates care between other professional disciplines as needed.
• Maintains a compassionate relationship that facilitates health and healing.
• Makes decisions and takes actions on patient care issues and workload assignments in collaboration with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Medical terminology preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide in state of Idaho and current BLS certification preferred.
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title.
• Excellent communication skills, including oral and written comprehension and expression.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, chaotic work environment.
• Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
