Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Aid in achieving the agency's business objectives.
• Provide timely, accurate, and courteous customer service.
• Market insurance products within the office and foster business-to-business relationships.
• Obtain necessary insurance licenses.
• Attend appointments for insurance and financial services, including investments.
• Conduct a customer-focused, needs-based review to educate customers on insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program.
• Coursework or expressed interest in fields such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

Compensation

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
