AI Agent Intern

Responsibilities

• Prototype agent workflows for job discovery, research, personalization, and career guidance
• Design tool-use, planning, memory, and structured-output strategies
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent quality, reliability, and safety
• Debug multi-step workflows and improve agent performance
• Work with product and design teams to turn agent capabilities into intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate in person with engineers and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language
• Familiarity with LLM concepts, prompt design, APIs, and structured data
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience building LLM agents, tool-calling workflows, or RAG systems
• Familiarity with agent frameworks or workflow orchestration
• Experience with evaluation, guardrails, or human-in-the-loop systems
• Interest in consumer AI, product design, and user experience
• Previous AI project, research, internship, or startup experience
