Responsibilities
- Prototype agent workflows for job discovery, research, personalization, and career guidance
- Design tool-use, planning, memory, and structured-output strategies
- Build evaluation frameworks for agent quality, reliability, and safety
- Debug multi-step workflows and improve agent performance
- Partner with product and design to turn agent capabilities into intuitive experiences
- Document experiments and communicate decisions clearly in a remote environment
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language
- Familiarity with LLM concepts, prompt design, APIs, and structured data
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a distributed team
