AI Agent Intern

Responsibilities

• Prototype agent workflows for job discovery, research, personalization, and career guidance
• Design tool-use, planning, memory, and structured-output strategies
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent quality, reliability, and safety
• Debug multi-step workflows and improve agent performance
• Partner with product and design to turn agent capabilities into intuitive experiences
• Document experiments and communicate decisions clearly in a remote environment

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language
• Familiarity with LLM concepts, prompt design, APIs, and structured data
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a distributed team
