YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As an intern, you’ll support the agency while gaining practical experience in areas such as Following up with leads and prospective customersMaking calls and assisting with appointment settingSupporting customer outreach and marketing activitiesLearning how to have conversations with customers about their insurance needsAssisting with customer service and account-related tasksHelping maintain accurate customer information and follow-upParticipating in agency marketing and community activitiesSupporting the team with daily agency operationsLearning how sales, service, and follow-up work together to grow an agency LICENSING The selected candidate must be willing and able to obtain the required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
