Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Aid in achieving the business goals of the insurance agency.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program.
• Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external parties.
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
