State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

About the role

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in direct customer communication, making both cold and warm calls to introduce our services, schedule appointments, and support our marketing efforts. You must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and assisting with various office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Schedules appointments for our sales team.
• Engages customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide information.
• Affords assistance with administrative and office tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and listening).
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
• No prior experience necessary—training provided!
