Job Description
L3Harris Technologies is seeking an intern for the Program Management team to support our dynamic organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management within a leading technology company in the national security and space sector.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations
- Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings
- Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation
- Participate in project/program meetings as requested
- Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings
- Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues
- Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the Imaging Systems Business Area
Qualifications
To be eligible, candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Project Management
Schedule
9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
Pay
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $25.50/hour - $48.00/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
