About the role
The Sea Production Intern will support production and rehearsal operations across entertainment products for RWS’ Azamara, MSC, and Holland America Line ships. They will play a key role in the ongoing operations across cruise clients, ensuring that talent and production stakeholders are supported throughout all stages of the production lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support creative development and logistics for entertainment products
- Assist in production management and music program coordination
- Participate in live rehearsals and onboard execution
- Ensure smooth operations across all stages of the production lifecycle
Requirements
Entry level position. No prior experience required.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in entertainment and production
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of production processes
