About the role

The Land Productions Operations intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle for theme park shows, immersive experiences, haunt events and more. This role provides hands-on experience working with a variety of projects for diverse clients and budgets, as well as seeing what goes into managing a company of talent. This experience will equip the intern with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the entertainment production industry, providing valuable insights into the “RWS way” of delivering exceptional projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various land productions projects
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine concepts for immersive experiences
• Work closely with production staff to ensure smooth project delivery
• Contribute to the management of a team of talented professionals
• Gain exposure to different aspects of the entertainment production process

Requirements

• Entry-level position, open to students or recent graduates
• Strong interest in the entertainment production industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields preferred
• Interest in and knowledge of themed entertainment, haunted attractions, or live events
