Intern Power Generation Engineering
Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an intern in our Union Grove, Wisconsin location. This position will start in May/June 2027 and will be full-time through the summer.

Responsibilities
- Apply classroom learning
- Combine engineering science with communications and team-building skills
- Receive hands-on experience
- Gain experience in plant and project engineering, as well as planning, technical support, and environmental compliance activities
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating equipment and system performance, while maintaining reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related Engineering majors with a graduation date after July 2027
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a mechanical setting
Pay
\$23.10 per hour with paid company holidays.
