Overview
This role provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to promote quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients
- Contributing to and implementing care plans
- Evaluating patient progress
- Supporting nursing staff with patient care
- Participating in activities to improve healthcare delivery
- Enhancing clinical leadership knowledge
- Engaging in ongoing education
- Communication with staff, patients, and guests
- Completing assigned goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II category
- Minimum computer literacy
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire
