Job Summary Provides technical assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing a plan of care.Implements and evaluates the care plan.Assists nursing staff with patient care.Engages in activities to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure (up to 90 days).Computer literacy.BLS certification within 14 days of hire (preferred).
