Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.Participates in evaluating and improving care plans.Supports nursing staff with patient care and assistance.Engages in activities aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Computer literacy.Basic life support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire.
