About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to support quality outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under nurse guidance.
• Contributes to and implements the care plan under supervision.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan.
• Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy is required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire is required.
