About the role

This position provides technical assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality care outcomes. The role involves communication with staff, patients, and guests, along with performing assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and contribute to care planning under RN guidance
• Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with registered nurses
• Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks
• Participate in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery
• Engage in ongoing educational activities to build clinical leadership skills
• Complete assigned goals effectively

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; within 90 days of graduation
• Computer literacy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire
