How you will contribute
- Work independently on delegated tasks under the direction of Support Specialists to provide end-user support via phone, email and walk-ins.
- Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting problems to a successful conclusion.
- Learn how to image, configure, and deploy end user laptops.
What you need to qualify
- Candidates must be enrolled in a related Associate's, Technical, or Bachelor's Degree program.
- Candidates must be able to work part-time hours on site in Fond du Lac during the school year and full-time hours in the summer.
- Prior experience working on laptops and computers.
- Knowledge and experience with the latest Microsoft Windows and Office suite versions.
- Strong customer service skills.
