About the role
Joining Octagon, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to Experiential and Events Production. Your primary focus will be on transferring knowledge from historical pipeline projects.
Responsibilities
- Transfer knowledge from historical pipeline projects to new team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Support the development and implementation of creative strategies for events and experiential campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production or event management
- Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

Schedule
Our policy requires employees to work a minimum of three days a week in the office, with the goal of increasing this requirement over time. Many agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
