Intern, EVERSANA Management Consulting (Sept 2026 Start, 10-week or 20-week Program)
About the role
EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING is a strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA, serving a broad range of biopharma, med tech, and digital therapeutics companies. We integrate strategic planning with launch excellence and commercial execution to provide end-to-end commercialization support.
Responsibilities
- Support targeted secondary research (e.g., desk risk, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers)
- Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations
- Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
- Communicate verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure
- Support the development of a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Motivated individuals enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program with an interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical industry
- A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Environment
Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
