About the role

International Medical Corps is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the United States. The role will focus on supporting our operations and initiatives within our headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate internal communications and external stakeholder relations
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
  • Assist in the organization and execution of meetings and events
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Provide support to the leadership team in various projects and programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of public relations and media relations

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
