About the role
International Medical Corps is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the United States. The role will focus on supporting our operations and initiatives within our headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal communications and external stakeholder relations
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
- Assist in the organization and execution of meetings and events
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Provide support to the leadership team in various projects and programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of public relations and media relations
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
