About the role

Ramboll is seeking motivated and inquisitive candidates to join the Environment & Health group in our Baton Rouge office. Responsibilities

• Preparing emissions calculations
• Conducting research on current environmental regulations and technologies
• Assisting in preparing deliverables such as permit applications and environmental impact reports to clients and governmental agencies
• Generating application forms and spreadsheets
• Delivering permitting actions to local government agencies
• Completing administrative tasks
• Special projects as directed

Qualifications

• Candidates must be working on a BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or other related environmental science discipline
• Strong computer skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processing
• Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and interpret environmental regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organization and time management
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20 to $25 hourly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation.
