About the role

Reports to: Sr. Director, Ecommerce Merchandising & Director, Ecommerce
Location: Carlsbad, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Support backend data maintenance and administrative work within Shopify and other ecommerce tools
• Aid in product, collection, and site-related updates to ensure accuracy and organization across the ecommerce experience
• Maintain and send traffic links for digital marketing campaigns and activations
• Coordinate administrative support around influencers and content creators
• Help moderate and manage product reviews, quizzes, and other customer-facing site content
• Take on ad hoc administrative, project, and execution support tasks as needed to improve team efficiency and help move priorities forward

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate, preferably with a degree in business, marketing, communications, merchandising, ecommerce, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer brands
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with or interest in learning platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and other ecommerce or project management tools
• Curious, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.

Pay Transparency

For positions located in California, the hourly range for this role is $20.00. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additional benefits and compensation details will be shared during the offer process.
