Intern, Design Engineering

About the Role

The Air Vehicle Engineering team within our Military Aircraft Group is seeking a spring 2027 block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in Mineral Wells, TX.

In This Role You Will

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key Air Vehicle engineering tasks at Moog
• Provide technical support to engineers, as needed
• Work experience may include flight testing support, product certification, customer support, and/or component installation, based on the student's educational discipline
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation

Requirements

• Enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering and/or other relevant Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program at an accredited university
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship
• Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment

Pay

Mineral Wells, TX: $25.50–$31.00 Hourly. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
