About the Role

Moog's Systems team within the Space & Defense Group is seeking a summer block intern for an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

What You'll Need

• Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program at an accredited university
• GPA of at least 3.0 (exact requirement will be specified by department)
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship
• Professional disposition, effective communication skills, strong desire to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful development of new products, components, or assemblies
• Perform conceptual or detail design, proposal design, writing technical reports, or part selection
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation
