About the role

We're looking for a curious, creative, and culturally connected Creative Strategy Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the development of creator marketing campaigns for some of the world's leading brands, giving you exposure to strategic planning, cultural insights, creative ideation, and creator partnerships. Working alongside our Creative Strategy team, you'll help uncover trends, research audiences and creators, contribute to campaign thinking, and support the development of ideas that connect brands with culture. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who's passionate about social media, internet culture, and the ever-evolving Creator Economy.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Research creators, communities, audiences, and cultural trends to inspire campaign strategy and creative development.
  • Monitor emerging social media, platform, and internet trends, turning observations into actionable insights for the team.
  • Support the development of creative briefs, campaign concepts, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and cultural references to campaign development.
  • Assist in conducting cultural, competitor, and community audits to help inform strategic recommendations.
  • Review creator content and provide thoughtful feedback to help strengthen creative execution and brand alignment.
  • Support campaign reporting by analysing performance data and identifying key insights and learnings.
  • Stay immersed in the Creator Economy, following creators, platforms, and cultural moments that shape consumer behaviour.
  • Support the wider Creative Strategy team with research, coordination, and day-to-day project needs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for social media, creators, internet culture, and digital storytelling.
  • Naturally curious, with a strong interest in understanding consumer behavior, emerging trends, and online communities.
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, X, and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, or content development is a plus.

Benefits

This internship pays $20.00 USD per hour. In addition to hourly pay, you'll gain hands-on experience working on live client campaigns, mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to build your skills at the forefront of the Creator Economy.
