Responsibilities
- Aid in reviewing and summarizing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Maintain contract trackers.
- Support clause library and template updates.
- Conduct legal research.
- Aid with procurement-related legal requests.
Requirements
- Current 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year law student.
- Able to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Able to stand for up to 5 hours.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is between $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

- Export/ITAR Compliance Disclosure: Certain positions within Lyten, Inc. require compliance with export control laws and, as a result, all interviewed candidates will be screened pre-interview to determine their eligibility in light of export restrictions. This position requires access to technology, software and other information that is subject to governmental access control restrictions, due to export controls. About the Role
Lyten is looking for a Commercial Legal Intern to support the legal team with ongoing commercial contracting and contract management activities due to increased business and vendor agreement volume. This work will contribute directly to improving contract turnaround time, standardization, and overall legal operational efficiency.
