Commercial Partnership Representative
About the Role
This is a Commercial Partnership Representative role with 1-Tom-Plumber of Long Island. Your focus is winning and growing relationship-driven commercial clients and referral partners near Farmingdale so they call 1-Tom first for service, maintenance, and emergency plumbing and drains.
You’ll identify, build, and strengthen relationships with commercial clients—restaurants, gyms, hotels, grocery/retail, senior living, and owner-run multifamily properties—as well as referral partners like insurance agents/brokers, property managers, and other trades who consistently send jobs your way.
This is not a desk job or a “spray and pray” sales role. You run in-person meetings, schedule plumber walkthroughs, attend networking events, and document every touchpoint in the CRM. You own the relationships, pipeline, and weekly rhythm while handing off technical work to the ops and CSR teams.
