About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our business process improvement team by creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures. This role involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, clear, and accessible, helping drive efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Organize and update business process documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.
  • Work with team members to capture and document process changes and improvements.
  • Draft and edit user-friendly manuals, process flows, and instructions.
  • Support document management systems, ensuring proper version control and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration (at least two years completed).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and document management systems is a plus.

Pay

Base Pay $19 - $20 USD per hour. Actual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands.

Schedule

This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2027. The internship is located out of Lakeville, MN office locations.
