Business Process Integration Intern
About the role

Responsibilities
Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. Responsibilities may include:
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to ensure enterprise-wide logistics alignment
- Create, train, and publish subject matter documents for process and control purposes to achieve Qorvo goals
- Create reports to assist in the process of supporting Qorvo Logistics operations and continuous improvements
- Analyze data to measure and monitor processes and tools
- Develop reports to track ongoing measurement and monitoring of processes and tools
- Manage specifications for vendor labeling, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Work with our Global Planning, Logistics, and Procurement teams to improve existing business processes using system tools like Appian, Monday.com, Tableau, Power Apps/Automate, SAP, etc.
- Analyze current business processes and work with business process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools/software solutions available in Qorvo
- Work with our IT department and other cross-functional team members to define system requirements/changes to improve/enhance our business processes
- Provide end-user training and testing support during the business process management cycles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain or coding-related majors
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong technical writing skills focused on process mapping and training
- Reasonable understanding of how label content impacts the supply chain
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to elicit, interpret, and implement requirements

Pay
Competitive hourly pay: $31/hr – $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo.
