Primary Job Functions

• Prepare Client Review Packets
• Gather client data and materials in preparation for client reviews
• Create summary letters for client reviews
• Update client information in Salesforce after each client review
• Scan and upload documents into the Salesforce cloud
• Create tasks in Salesforce for client service
• Audit and update Salesforce data
• Perform miscellaneous office projects
• Support the team with ad hoc projects relating to office management, report generation, and administration
• Perform data integrity audits in various software
• Prepare documents, organize client files, scan, email, and phone communicate
• Use technology

Education/Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a college or university degree program
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• Preferred candidates with industry certifications and past experience or internships in financial services
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $21 per hour. The entire salary grade for the Intern level is $38,700.00 to $54,200.00.

This is a full-time internship position.
