Responsibilities
- Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to execute on infrastructure remediation projects.
- Aid with audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Configure network switches to support segregation of operational technology assets from the IT network.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
- Basic understanding of networking design and components.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and policies.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity is beneficial.
Qualifications

Benefits

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Onsite, 75% travel within Connecticut (Plainville, Manchester, South Windsor, and Eastford).
Working Conditions
- Work is performed on the shop floor in manufacturing and tool storage environments or in a professional office environment, depending on assigned responsibilities.
- Environment is climate-controlled, well lit, and reasonably clean.
- Typical industrial noise levels in manufacturing areas are generally below 80 decibels.
