Responsibilities

  • Answers and directs phone lines
  • Greets office guests
  • Collections and sorts mail
  • Provides administrative support to all team members as necessary
  • Performs assignments to carry out construction engineering tasks
  • Assists Project Management, Superintendents, Estimators, and Office Staff in all areas of Construction administrative related duties
  • Creates and maintains centralized files for project records (including digital)
  • Attends and takes minutes for the development team as requested
  • Helps in the preparation of reports, including monthly development reports
  • Contacts and coordinates with Suppliers and Subcontractors
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Education & Experience

      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Intern experience/coursework in construction projects high volume environment
      • Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Microsoft Project
      • Physical Requirements

        • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
        • Frequently required to stand, walk and talk or hear
        • Sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
        • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
