About the role
Lynker Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced intern to join our growing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in developing communications strategies, partnership and development informational tools, and researching weather, oceans, or fisheries related contract opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Developing communications strategies for employee engagement events
- Developing basic partnership and development informational tools that advance strategy and partnerships
- Updating or creating informational materials
- Researching and assessing weather, oceans, or fisheries related contract opportunities
- Other duties that may arise
Requirements
- HS Diploma and at least 3 years of college credits toward a Bachelor's degree
- Experience writing content related to environmental topics
- Ability to research and compile information
- Ability to work with technical software packages
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft and Google software packages
- Experience with developing marketing/outreach materials
- Working toward major in environmental communications/marketing or related field
