Intuitive Machines is seeking an in Intern to join our team in Greenbelt, MD. Minimum Requirements Currently enrolled as a rising senior (entering final year) in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Software, or related discipline)Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for NASA contractor site access)Must be available to work on-site in Greenbelt, Maryland for the duration of the internship Technical Skills Experience with programming (MATLAB preferred; Simulink/Simscape is a bonus)Experience with experimental data collection and analysisUnderstanding of robotics/kinematicsDemonstrated ability to solve problems, work independently, and take initiative Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication skills – written and verbalSelf-motivated with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills Roles & Responsibilities Creating robot simulations for contact tasks based on mathematical modelingDesigning experiments and analyze data to validate/improve robot simulationsDeveloping methodologies for quick-turn-around robot controller tuning EEOC Intuitive Machines is an Equal Opportunity employer.
