Intern
About the Role
The Internship is a temporary position that may have the opportunity to be extended based upon performance. The Intern will collaborate with multiple leaders in various work streams, pairing education with practical, on-the-job experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand operations and policies.
- Identify current best practices and conduct research on implementation strategies.
- Provide support to business partners.
- Assist with departmental initiatives, including optimizing information systems and training and development.
- Provide administrative support, as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in progress preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in computer usage, email, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service and people-focused mentality.
- Ability to work on multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
