Intermodal Operations Supervisor - IMEX USA

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth coordination between drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure the safe, efficient, and timely transfer of containers between rail and truck.
• Manage nightly workflow, monitor equipment and container movement.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Ensure accurate communication between day and night shifts.
• Support Intermodal Mexico’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and service reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermodal and/or railroad experience a plus.
• Must be fluent (oral, audibly, and written) in English & Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Strong knowledge and focus on safety and compliance with the ability to consult with and train staff on the subject.
• Strong desire to train and upskill team members.
