Responsible for developing and managing daily production schedules in a chemical manufacturing facility while supporting safe, efficient, and on-time operations. Partners with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to balance customer demand, inventory, and equipment availability. Provides day-to-day leadership on the production floor, coordinates operators, resolves operational issues, promotes safety, and ensures production goals are achieved in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules to meet customer demand while balancing inventory, staffing, equipment availability, and plant capacity.
- Monitor production performance, adjust priorities as needed, and communicate updates across operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Support daily plant operations by leading shift communications, ensuring safe and compliant work practices, troubleshooting issues, coordinating maintenance, and driving achievement of production goals.
