About the role

The role involves managing and maintaining computer systems and networks within an organization. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring system stability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues
• Implement and maintain network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments
• Train users on system operations and best practices
• Perform routine backups and disaster recovery procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
