Intermediate Channel Marketing Specialist
About the role
Execute cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services in [annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, employee benefits, retirement].
Responsibilities
- Manage digital and promotional activities related to strategy, execution and reporting.
- Handle multiple components of marketing campaigns for all mediums, including websites, social media, blogs, email and collateral.
- Participate in discussions on marketing planning, campaign development, and program execution.
- Help evaluate project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Partner with the creative team to create marketing assets and copy for assigned campaign work.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.
- Assist in campaign analytics reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings, and translate into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management.
- Experience executing digital campaigns and marketing programs.
- Moderate understanding of traditional and digital platforms.
- Technical acumen.
- Creative thinker.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront.
- Financial services industry experience.

Compensation
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $64,500.00 - $75,000.00 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
