Intermediate Channel Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage digital and promotional activities related to strategy, execution and reporting.
• Handle multiple components of marketing campaigns for all mediums, including websites, social media, blogs, email and collateral.
• Participate in discussions on marketing planning, campaign development, and program execution.
• Help evaluate project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Partner with the creative team to create marketing assets and copy for assigned campaign work.
• Adhere to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.
• Aid in campaign analytics reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings, and translate into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management.
• Experience executing digital campaigns and marketing programs.
• Moderate understanding of traditional and digital platforms.
• Technical acumen.
• Creative thinker.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront.
• Financial services industry experience.

Pay

• The Salary for this position generally ranges between $64,500.00 - $75,000.00 annually.

Schedule

• Hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (list locations that are applicable).

Benefits

• This position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
