Intermediate Care Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intermediate unit, providing evidence-based nursing care to patients with intermediate acuity including complex medical, cardiac, and post-procedural cases. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, administering medications and IVs, performing telemetry monitoring, managing wound care, and coordinating care with physicians and healthcare teams. Additional duties involve patient and family education, supporting safe discharges, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives within a collaborative, teaching-focused environment. Qualifications and skills include current registered nurse licensure, strong clinical assessment abilities, proficiency in cardiac monitoring, and excellent communication skills to educate and collaborate effectively.
