About the role
Registered Nurse in the IMC unit, responsible for delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to intermediate care patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and document patient information.
- Administer medications and monitor patients with complex conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Provide patient education and support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to diverse clinical situations.
