Intermediate Care Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (night shift). Responsibilities Include Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to clinically complex patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.Performing comprehensive patient assessments and managing IV medications and drips according to protocol.Monitoring telemetry and responding promptly to changes in patient condition.Collaborating with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Providing patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care.Upholding safety and infection prevention standards to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications And Skills Registered Nurse licensure.Experience in acute or complex care settings preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
