Intermediate Architectural Designer

About the role

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience spanning all phases of design, including navigating residential building codes, permitting, and construction drawing sets. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino is required, while Revit knowledge is not necessary. Strong design sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Navigate residential building codes, permits, and construction drawings
• Collaborate with clients to develop detailed design solutions
• Create and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Rhino
• Contribute to the development of project schedules and budgets
