Survey existing conditions and collect design requirements from clients or the Business Department.

Develop interior/architectural design concepts that align with brand identity, functionality, and project budget.

Create 2D layout plans, 3D concept renderings, and select finishing materials, color schemes, and furniture.

Cook with the technical and construction teams to ensure the design concept can be feasibly implemented.

Participate in presenting design proposals to clients when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in interior design projects (experience in office, F&B, retail, show units, or school design is a plus).
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.
Good communication skills in English.
