Interim Manager, Med/Surg

About the role

The Interim Manager, Med/Surg, is responsible for overseeing the Med/Surg department, and will facilitate daily operations throughout designated units. The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 60+ FTEs and will implement systems while stabilizing and holding staff members accountable. Ideal candidate will have clinical experience and be able to be a mentor and coach to the team while being a patient and staff advocate. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active MA RN license is required.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
