About the Role
Ideal candidate is an experienced leader in Med Surg or PCU with strong clinical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships quickly. Must be able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg or PCU setting
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and patients
Requirements
- Active Iowa nursing license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Mandatory reporter certification
- BSN degree
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts per week
- 13-week assignment
- Start date: ASAP
Pay
Gross weekly rate: $4,400.00
